I hope this note finds you well . I thought I’d take a quick moment to share how these last few weeks with Shelby has been going.
Shelby is such a wonderful addition to our family. She has adapted to life in our house very well. Shelby is also known as “Tuffy” because she sure likes to think she is tougher than she is. She barks at every little sound even if it’s on the TV. She quickly learned her potty training and if we aren’t quick enough she let’s us know, quicker next time.
Shelby has learned to sit, stay, shake and high five. Talking walks is still a little challenge as she would rather run around in the backyard. She loves going in the car and going for visits to see everyone. Shelby is also still iffy about her weekly baths.
Unfortunately, the Monday after we brought Shelby home, our cat passed away from a surgical procedure . That being said, three weeks ago, we also adopted a kitty to give Shelby a friend to grow up with. They are such great friends and love each other.
